Bedtime routine for babies, for example, is an important routine which can help in the physical and emotional growth of a baby so it must be done in the right way.
Some babies are exceptionally easy to take care of because they sleep well the whole night. However, some babies will often wake up several times during the entire night. If she is hungry and needs to be fed, that’s a different thing altogether. However, if she just wakes up out of habit, this might sound like trouble especially to parents.
Infants aging up to six weeks old may have irregular sleeping behaviour and this is rather a normal condition. However, when your baby grows older you can start implementing the right bedtime routine for babies.
It goes without saying that babies require many hours of sleep. However, this doesn’t mean that a baby will easily go to sleep. What you should do is to start a routine and stick to it every single day. For example, before bedtime arrives you should give your baby a warm bath using baby shampoo and baby wash. Then, cuddle her and bring her to bed. Tell a good bedtime story even though she is just a little baby and she might not be able to understand you in the fullest. You baby will be able to recognize a routine and this helps her sleep better at night.
